For the person we call
If Harbour calls you
Some plain information about who we are and why we ring.
Who signed you up
Someone who looks after you asked us to ring you. They gave us your name and number. That’s the only way we got them.
You’ll be talking to an AI
Harbour is a computer voice, not a person. It will tell you so at the start of every call. It’s there for a chat about whatever you like.
What happens to the call
Calls are recorded and turned into text. Afterwards, the person who signed you up gets a short note on how you sounded and what you talked about.
You can say no, or stop
You never have to take the calls. To stop them, just say so on a call, or email rich@harbourcare.uk. You don’t need to give a reason.
Not an emergency service
Harbour can’t send help. In an emergency, call 999. For urgent medical advice, call 111.
